New construction Naples continues to hum along.

GL Homes is almost complete with Riverstone and multiple homes at Marbella Isles have already been built (the entrance for Marbella Isles was recently completed and looks fabulous).

GL Homes is also underway with a new construction Naples community called Stonecreek in Naples, that will be built right next to Riverstone off Logan & Immokalee.  This brand new gated community will feature a guarded gatehouse (upon completion of the community), maintenance including lawn, shrub and irrigation system, security alarm monitoring, clubhouse and amenities (see below) as well as common area maintenance of the community including lakes and preserve.

The beautiful, low density site plan features 645 acres with over 160 acres of lakes and open space.  Plans call for 618 home sites (with a max of 850).  Home sites will offer preserve and/or lake views with mature landscaping with GL Homes fabulous landscaping.  Floorplans will feature the current selection at Riverstone, including the Regal, Vintage and Classic Collection.  Phase I (187) homes will be released August 1st, 2015.

Each home is backed by GL Homes’ renowned quality and generous package of luxury standard features.

The Amenities will include:  Social Hall with Catering Kitchen, Fitness Center, Arts and Crafts/Yoga and Exercise Room, Catering Kitchen, Billiards and Game Room, Card Room, Resort-style swimming pool and spa with shaded sitting areas, Children’s Pool, Five lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, 4 Pickleball courts, Outdoor Basketball Court, Full-time social director to plan activities and fishing dock with fireplace and sitting area.

Local public schools include Laurel Oak Elementary School, Oakridge Middle School and Gulf Coast High School.  Delivery of homes will begin May/June of 2016.

Stonecreek will have no CDD fees.  The HOA fee will include all the amenities described above, for approximately $316/month, collected Quarterly.
